Staff is great, the hotel is beautiful and unusual. Looks like it is a former mansion or government building. The bed was super comfortable. We loved the room decor. The ac worked (but was noisy at times-only fault) The roof view is amazing! One of the better values. Make sure to ask about parking! It is easy once you know where it is (one door down, different color building on same street). It connects on the interior.
Excelente lugar para ir a desayunar con la familia, con los amigos o con tu pareja, hay servicio a la carta y bufete, yo recomiendo el bufete, es realmente delicioso, el cafe es de refil, y si tomas el bufete, los jugos tambien lo son, zanahoria, naranja, verde y agua de horchata, el sabor de la comida excelente y el servicio del personal, mas que perfecto, como es una casona antigua y el restaurante esta en la azotea, hay elevador para subir. El lobby en la planta baja, es realmente perfecto.
Wonderful experience, the building has been restored into a very classic style according to the historical references form the area, the staff and their service is great, is a great place to visit or to stay for a weekend
It is a beautiful building. We came in a Wednesday night since they had specials 2x1 on drinks at the terrace. Staff really nice and helpful. I do not recomend to order food if you are at the terrace since the kitcen is on the 1st floor and our food was already so cold when brought to our table. Drinks were decent.
Let me start by saying the customer service is TEN GOLD ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Anna is a true asset to this property, her charm and greeting smile is very welcoming. She truly loves what she is doing as a profession. The food and terrace view are amazing and the rooms and property are beautiful. I would of given this property 5 stars but the night we stayed (Sunday) they did not have our reservation from Hotel.com but the young man who opened the front door at 9:00 PM was very helpful and went above my group’s expectations. The hotel shuts down the hot water after 9 and it doesn’t come back until the following morning. No hot shower after traveling all day. My group changed our plans and stayed at this Hotel because of Anna. If you stay here (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) tell Anna Wes, Claudia, and Candice said hello.
